    These tailor-made air coolers are designed to cool down 2 circuits with the same ventilation and are mostly used for Diesel, hydrogen gas or dual fuel engines cooling.
    The technical flexibility in terms of geometry, materials, ventilation and finishing is extremely high and allows to propose an optimized design fully compliant with the customer specifications.

    Structure:

    Made of 2 independent heat exchange surfa ces located one above the other or made in the same heat exchange surface – depending on the duty and technical specifications

    Tube Material:

    Seamless, Copper, Stainless Steel AISI304, AISI316 or CuNi, diameter of 12 and 15 mm, thickness up to 1.5 mm

    Fin Materials:

    Aluminium or Epoxy coated Aluminium, AlMg 2.5, AlMg 3, Copper, Stainless steel and CuSn,- thickness from 0.11 up to 0,25 mm – pitch from 1.8 up to 12 mm

    Headers:

    • Cylindrical pipe type (brazed or welded), in Copper, Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel.
